Fabio Budris

Fabio Budris is the Project Manager of QuarkID, a blockchain-based decentralized digital identity protocol. He currently works in the Government of the City of Buenos Aires as Head of Adoption QuarkID SSI and Senior Cabinet Adviser in the Ministry of Innovation.
Budris participated as a speaker at the Peru Blockchain Conference 2024, where he presented the QuarkID project. QuarkID is a revolutionary blockchain-powered program that seeks to empower citizens with secure, decentralized digital identities. In his role as Project Manager, Budris leads the development and adoption of QuarkID, an innovative solution that uses blockchain technology to provide self-sovereign digital identities (SSI) to citizens. This protocol allows people to have full control over their data securely and privately. Fabio Budris is an expert in blockchain technology and has worked on the implementation of solutions based on this technology in the public sector.
