Eugene Ng

Eugene Ng is a Special Counsel in the structured finance practice of the Sydney office at the global law firm Dentons. He has over two decades of experience at major international law firms, working on complex and innovative transactions. Eugene has experience representing issuers, financiers, and counterparties in structured finance, asset finance, and general corporate financing matters. Before joining Dentons, Eugene worked at a top New York law firm for over a decade. He has a strong track record, including working on the orderly bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers during the financial crisis.
