Emanuil Pavlov is a Bulgarian CEO and Co-founder of Ispolink in Bulgaria. Passionate about blockchain and new tech likes to challenge himself and discover new things, find solutions and has an entrepreneurial spirit. He graduated from The University of Sheffield, earning a bachelor's degree in Arts, in BS, Business management, and Chartered Management Institute, Diploma in Leadership and Management, level 6. Additionally, he worked in several organizations holding the position of Vendor Manager at Manpower; Business Development Manager at LATOKEN; Blockchain Analyst at INDUSTRIA Technology, LSR at OnProcess Technology, and Social Media Manager at Premium Goods; Accounts Payable Executive at EXL.  

In 2020 Emanuil Pavlov established Ispolink along with his co-founder Nikolay Pavlov, the CTO of the company. The Ispolink Native Token, ISP, is based on the Ethereum blockchain, which is the second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, the Binance Smart Chain, and Polygon’s layer 2 scaling technology to manage candidates' information, match-making, and recruiting processes. Last year where leading blockchain VCs participated, they raised $1.6M through the sale of the Ispolink token. He has numerous skills including Blockchain, Business Development, Marketing, Strategic thinking, Team Coordination, Team Leadership, and Time Management.
