Daniel Scott is an award-winning learning technologist, writer, Consultant, and author. At present, he has been working as the Digital Curriculum Lead and Developer at Nottingham Trent University for more than four years. A brand new post as the lead learning technologist around the Institute of Health and Allied Professions, collaborated with academic colleagues to support, consult, and innovate in the curriculum development and design of virtual and blended delivery. Daniel is leading as a digital leader in this area in the ongoing development of colleague digital learning and teaching skills. In addition to this, Daniel is also serving as a Reviewer at the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education where he is responsible for following sign-off to build the Level 5 Digital Learning Designer occupational apprenticeships standard. At Nottingham Trent, Daniel led and developed the Digital Induction which is a series of activities to develop digital literacies. As a Writer, he was invited to assist in writing a new level 2 digital literacy qualification focused on developing the digital literacy expertise that individuals need for employment in the digital era.
