I run Vertex School where we work to shorten the class to job pipeline for Creative Tech industries with immersives, bootcamps and live courses.
In 2004, I became the very first Product Manager for ZBrush at Pixologic where I worked with programmers and artists to fuse traditional and digital art processes. To put it another way, I'm the guy who put the Rake brush in ZBrush.
While at Pixologic, I consulted with industry heavy hitters such as ILM, Sony Pictures Imageworks, Bungie Studios, Ubisoft and Electronic Arts to integrate digital sculpting into their production pipelines. I also created the standardized curriculum that is used in hundreds of schools today, developed the core of ZBrush's documentation, consulted on nearly every book written about ZBrush and have worked hard to infuse our growing digital sculpting world with as much of the craft and secrets of the past as possible.
