VeeFriends is the name of Gary Vaynerchuk's NFT collection. He created this to bring life to his ambitions of building a community around his creative and business passions using NFT technology and their smart contract capabilities. The platform is a 10,255-token NFT project that consists of 9,400 admission tokens, 555 Gift Goats, and 300 direct-access tokens.

 

The main goal of this project is to create meaningful intellectual property and to create an extraordinary community, all while providing token holders with extreme value. Consisting of 268 unique characters, the VeeFriends universe was hand-drawn by Gary himself, and many of the characters represent positive traits he thinks are keystones to happiness and success, such as patience, kindness, empathy, and hard work. Beyond the digital art, all tokens provide the holder with admission to VeeCon, an annual super-conference that will rival the greatest conferences in the world by providing token-holders unprecedented access to some of the biggest names in culture.

 

VeeFriends tokens can only be purchased with Ethereum through a non-custodial digital wallet of the user's choice via a Dutch auction. Vaynerchuck will be contributing to renewable energy support due to the environmental impacts of NFTs and crypto mining as a way to offset the carbon footprint of VeeFriends.
