A platform for urban revitalization and community building led by Founder and Chairman Moishe Mana.
In the evolving landscape of modern living, we envision integrated neighborhoods where residents can live, work, and play. This belief shapes our approach to community development, with a focus on six fundamental elements: Property, Commerce, Culture, Technology, Agriculture, and Social Impact.
The name, “Mana Common,” originates from our conviction that our increasingly interconnected world can find unity in shared human experiences. By focusing on what binds us - common ground, common decency, and common knowledge - we can establish thriving community ecosystems.
Using the Mana Common process, we begin cultivating community ecosystems even before the foundation is laid, nurturing them throughout and beyond the construction phase. This allows for rapid, meaningful, and lasting vitality for a neighborhood.
