Lisa Buyer is working on a side project called Female Disruptors. Its goal is to highlight female disruptors in many fields. They are removing obstacles, such as glass ceilings, algorithms, systems, rules, customs, charges, and equations. Lisa Buyer launched Female Disruptors promoting female unity and inspiring those who have it with courage and ambition.

 

They offer advocacy, education, and inspiration to get from point a to point b when women feel lost and alone, as well as to encourage future female disruptors. They want future female disruptors to have a better path, one that is free of difficulty, one that is equal, balanced, and fair without fear and harassment.
