Federal Business Council (FBC) is an events services company  founded in 1976  based in Columbia that produces mission‑specific conferences, trade shows, and in‑agency events , business events that aims to connect industry vendors with federal government agencies, particularly in cybersecurity, military hardware, training, and IT. It is an event management firm whose founder is David Powel that aims to bridge the gap between private industry and federal government agencies by organizing mission-focused conferences, trade shows, and training events.
