Chris Larsen is a founder of Ripple to facilitates global payments for banks through blockchain technology. He is also a business executive, angel investor and co-founded several Silicon Valley technology startups, including one based on peer-to-peer lending. he co-founded the online mortgage lender E-Loan, as a CEO E-Loan became the first company to freely provide consumers' FICO credit scores.
Before Ripple, he cofounded online mortgage lender e-Loan in 1996 and Prosper, a peer-to-peer lender, in 2005. Larsen is also a board member or advisor for organizations such as Credit Karma, Qifang, Betable, and the Electronic Privacy Information Center. He was also the CEO of E-Loan, the main organization that gave people open access to surprisingly high scores. Larsen and his foundation gave $25 million, largely in XRP, to San Francisco State University.
