Chong Kok Wai is the Group Head of Legal, Compliance & Sustainability at GHL Systems Berhad, a leading payment service provider in Malaysia. He has over 1 year of experience in handling all legal and compliance matters for the company. Chong is also the Lead Secretariat of the CEO Action Network, a group of CEOs committed to driving positive change in the business community. He is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as promoting sustainability and responsible business practices. Chong is a member of the Board of Governors for the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia. He holds a law degree from the University of London and is a member of the Malaysian Bar. Chong is an experienced legal and compliance professional with a strong background in corporate law and governance
