Cecily Mak is a passionate entrepreneur, and the Chief Operating Officer at Blockdaemon, one of the leading independent blockchain node infrastructure companies, to venture, scale, and utilize institutional-grade security and monitoring, power the blockchain economy by making the process of deploying nodes simple and building scalable enterprise blockchain solutions through APIs, approachability clusters, auto-decentralization and automation of nodes.  Cecily Mak is dedicated to her own personal growth, learning, and healing and is working as an ally and guide for people looking to make a move from a life enforced by anxiety and numbing to one of extremer connection, transparency, and transparency. She has a brilliant legal mind, outstanding business sense, and intuitive, compassionate communication skills. She is the Co-founding partner and investor at Wisdom Ventures. 

 

Graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and also studied in the University of Colorado Boulder, earning a bachelor’s degree in Arts. She is an ambitious, and skillful woman and possesses great knowledge of numerous organizational sectors incorporating licensing, copyright law, strategic partnerships, digital media, intellectual property, startups, marketing, music industry, litigation, and so on and so forth.  She was engaged with the organizations Digital Entertainment World as an advisory board member for five years, and World Economic Forum, Media Industry Partnership Programme as a steering committee member for 3 years. Also published a book named Music Law in the Digital Age along with Allen Bargfrede on January 1, 2009.
