Casey Kempton

Casey Kempton has been appointed as the President of Personal Lines at Nationwide Insurance, effective mid-February 2024. In this role, she will lead Nationwide's personal lines property business, drawing on her strong track record of success spanning both personal lines and commercial lines. Kempton joins Nationwide from Chubb, where she most recently served as Executive Vice President and Digital Business Officer. Before that, she held leadership positions at The Hartford, ACE Group, and worked on P&C strategic initiatives at The Hartford earlier in her career. Kempton is known for her proven track record of performance excellence, deep experience in using data insights and technology to fuel growth and innovation, and her dedication to developing future-ready talent. Her appointment comes at a dynamic time for the P&C industry, and she is looking forward to working with the exceptional team at Nationwide to lead the respected personal lines organization into its next 100 years
