Caitlin Long is the founder and CEO of Custodian Bank, she was the founder and CEO of Avanti Group as well. She has been active in bitcoin and blockchain since 2012. She drove the charge to make her local territory of Wyoming a desert spring for blockchain organizations in the US, where she helped Wyoming Enact 20 Blockchain-empowering regulations.

She graduated from the University of Wyoming, earning a bachelor's degree in Arts and Political Economy, and from Harvard Law School studied JD in law. She has a rich knowledge of numerous industrial and technical skills including, capital markets, corporate finance, investments, Public speaking, Risk management, Macroeconomics, and Hedge funds. In addition, she shows greater interest in blockchain-based groups such as BLOCKCHAIN BUSINESS, and Blockchain Executive.
