Beth Knickerbocker serves as Special Counsel, dealing with regulatory issues concerning fintech, emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and operational risk. Before joining the OCC's law department, she was the OCC's inaugural Chief Innovation Officer. In that capacity, her responsibilities included creating and overseeing the Office of Innovation and guiding senior management on emerging trends such as artificial intelligence, digital assets, and fintech partnerships with banks.
