Avery Ching

Avery Ching is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and a Co-founder of Aptos Labs, a blockchain technology company that focuses on building a highly scalable, secure, and sustainable blockchain network. Aptos Labs is known for developing the Aptis blockchain, which aims to address many of the challenges faced by previous blockchain networks, such as transaction speed, scalability, and security. Avery Ching brings a wealth of technical expertise to Aptos Labs. Before founding the company, he was a key member of the team at  Meta (formerly Facebook), where he worked on the development of Libra, a blockchain project that later evolved into Diem. His deep experience in blockchain and distributed systems has played a vital role in shaping Aptos’ technology stack, which is designed to offer high throughput and low latency for decentralized applications (dApps).
