Arianna Simpson is a business person and investor. She is currently serving as a general partner at Andreessen Horowitz. She is a San Francisco- based investor with a focus on Cryptocurrencies. She holds a bachelor's degree in international politics and Spanish from the University of  Pennsylvania Schreyer Honors College. 

She worked at Shoptiques.com where her position was head of boutique Operations from 2012-2013.later she began a position in global marketing solutions for Facebook. While working at Facebook she showed her interest in cryptocurrencies. One was out traveling she took to Zimbabwe, Where she saw the impacts of out-of-control inflation. This led to her research in cryptocurrency, during which she read Bitcoin’s white paper. She convinced Facebook to launch a crypto project before the company's foray into cryptocurrencies. 

In 2017, she founded and acted as a managing partner for cryptocurrency and digital asset-focused hedge fund Autonomous Partners. At that time it was considered a risky move to raise a cryptocurrency fund. 

Recently in 2022, she recognized gaming as the eventual fate of the digital currency industry, where the blossoming play-to-acquire model might give an extra type of revenue for proficient gamers. She is pushing the Web3 plan inside the firm, explicitly in NFTs and metaverse. With this large number of energizing open doors accessible in the cryptographic money field, she is supposed to perform incredibly well in 2022.
