Anil Lulla worked for two years at Bloomberg as a corporate bond analyst after graduating from Rutgers Business School with a major in finance and a minor in entrepreneurship. He then moved to Deutsche Bank to work on structuring leveraged financing products.

Lulla resigned with two pals, and the three co-founded Delphi Digital with two other former Bloomberg colleagues. Delphi is a high-end digital asset research organisation that provides the crypto sector with reputable, actionable insight. It has since established a decentralised financial venture arm and a consulting branch.

Lulla forecasts six-figure BTC prices, the approval of a Bitcoin exchange-traded fund in the United States, Ether hitting $2,000, and the total wealth locked in decentralised finance exceeding $100 billion by the end of the year.

Delphi will continue to offer premium assessments that identify intriguing businesses and innovations ahead of the herd – following on from prescient forecasts on Synthetix, mStable, and the DeFi boom.

Lulla wants Delphi's membership to grow by a factor of five in 2021, reaching over 5,000 members, and its consulting arm to submit suggestions to at least 25 different protocols.

Delphi is expected to concentrate a greater emphasis on DeFi projects, which Lulla estimates will account for at least 25 of the top 100 projects by August as cash flows from previous bull runs' "dead projects" into younger initiatives that "add to the broader crypto ecosystem."

In the following year, Lulla's venture arm will focus on layer-two solutions, derivatives, decentralised autonomous organisations, and NFTs, according to the company.
