Andrius Mamontovas

He heads the Banking & Finance practice group at FORT Vilnius. He has worked in the field for more than 15 years. He admires advising clients on how to structure their investment financing optimally. He represents clients in dealings with commercial banks, private investors, shareholders, partners, bondholders, and security agents. He assists clients in dealing with regulators, be it licensing, inspection, or business model structuring. He also assists clients in litigation involving financial matters, such as bankruptcies of financial institutions, disputes with banks, and disposal of distressed assets and portfolios.
