Andre M Bajorat

André M. Bajorat (52 years old, married, 2 children, lives near Hamburg) is the Global Head of Digital Strategy, Products, and Solutions at DWS. André has been working in the European digital economy for almost 30 years. After holding positions in various banks, payment transactions, and fintech companies, André joined Deutsche Bank as Managing Director in January 2020 and DWS in September 2022. As a former managing director of Figo, giropay, enforce, and Star Finanz, business angels in various companies, and board member, he has in-depth knowledge in the areas of payments, banking, and digital assets. André is currently a member of the BMF's Digital Finance Forum and was already a member of the main board of Bitkom in 2015-2017 and has actively supported the opening of Bitkom to the financial sector in recent years. At DWS he drives various areas such as digital assets & currencies, APIs, and digital channels.
