Andrei Kirilenko is the doctoral program director and founding director of the Cambridge Centre for Finance, Technology, and Regulation (CCFTR) PhD at the University of Pennsylvania.
His research includes the intersection of finance, technology, regulation, fintech, asset pricing, data, digital technologies, and the design of automated financial markets. He also served as the chief Economics of the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), he used the latest analytical tools and methods to design and enforce an effective regulatory regime of financial markets.
He is a member of the finance subject group at Cambridge Judge Business School, which focuses on the investment and financial decisions of institutions.
