Dr. Andreas Glarner consults with global technology and financial market organizations on FinTech, DLT, Blockchain, Decentralized Finance (Defi), NFT, and Gaming. Andreas is familiar with the digital business needs of his clients, as well as their cutting-edge technological installations, to help them execute innovative ideas in a continuously changing regulatory framework. He assists his clients in designing technology setups to achieve specific business goals while remaining compliant with regulatory requirements as an expert on questions at the intersection of technology and (financial market) regulations. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences, an expert in Swiss and international legislative commissions, and a lecturer at Lucerne University for applied science and arts. He attended Kings' College London and graduated from the Universitat Zurich, where he worked as a Lecturer for three years at the mid of 2002.
After serving as a lecturer he worked as a counsel at PSSR AG, then as a Court Clerk at the District Court of Zurich until 2004, and then as an Attorney in Law in Zurich from 2005 to 2007. He has been an advisor for Melonport AG and a lecturer at Hochschule Luzern since February 2017 and also served as the Vice President of the Multichain Asset Managers Association since 2018.
