Marvin Ammori, JD, is the Chief Legal Officer of Uniswap. He is responsible for developing and leading the corporate legal strategy, internal audit, and corporate compliance programs to promote and secure Uniswap. Marvin oversees the delivery of legal services and resources to achieve corporate goals, priorities, and goals of the company. In the past, he was general counsel and head of policy at cryptocurrency platform Protocol Labs. 

 

He is the former General Counsel of Virgin Hyperloop One, where he was accountable for legal matters such as global regulatory and political operations. Before his general counsel positions, he had his own law firm representing clients including Google, Apple, Dropbox, eBay, Tumblr, Automattic, Twitter, the National Association of Realtors, and more. Marvin has been honored with the Nyan Cat Medal of Internet Awesomeness and has been named to the POLITICO 50, Tech Titans, and 100 Most Creative People in Business by several magazines.
