Amarjeet Singh is a team member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India, who served SEBI for 3 decades, he has a wealth of experience in the development, regulation, and supervision of securities markets. Amarjeet has played a crucial role in introducing SEBI reforms in both primary and secondary securities markets including areas of Initial Public Offerings, Corporate Governance, Stewardship, and many other reforms. Mr. Singh is currently a member on the Board of the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants
