Alex Amouyel

Alex Amouyel is the incoming President and CEO of Newman's Own Foundation, starting in April 2023. She will succeed Miriam E. Nelson, who is retiring after three years of leadership at the Foundation. Amouyel brings over 15 years of experience in social impact work to Newman's Own Foundation. She is the outgoing Executive Director of MIT Solve, where she led the organization's mission to drive innovation to solve world challenges. Previously, Amouyel was the Director of the Program for the Clinton Global Initiative and also worked for Save the Children International and the Boston Consulting Group.As President and CEO, Amouyel will continue the Foundation's mission to nourish and transform the lives of children who face adversity. She is inspired by the Foundation's collaborative approach with partners and looks forward to carrying on Paul Newman's legacy of donating 100% of profits from Newman's food and beverages to good causes.Amouyel holds a double master's degree in International Affairs from Sciences Po, Paris, and the London School of Economics, along with a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Natural Sciences from Trinity College, Cambridge.
