This is aimed at leveling the playing field and ensuring future growth for all gaming industry players.Making necessary changes to PAGCOR's corporate structure, business processes, and procedures to make it more responsive and competitive.Implementing new regulations for international gaming licensees to lessen illegal activities.Modernizing existing casinos to attract more players and make PAGCOR's assets more attractive to potential buyers as part of the privatization process.Holding town hall meetings with PAGCOR employees to address concerns and mitigate potential personnel displacement during the transition.Tengco comes from a family of public servants and has had a successful career as a businessman before taking on this role. He is leading PAGCOR's efforts to become a "gold standard" gaming regulator in Asia
