Sean Patrick Hannity is an American television host, political commentator, broadcast journalist, and author renowned for his contributions to both television and talk radio. Hannity is the host of The Sean Hannity Show, a conservative political talk radio show that is nationally syndicated, and he has been a host of Hannity on Fox News since 2009. He has worked in radio and television broadcasting, with past affiliations with KCSB-FM, WVNN, WGST, and WABC until he joined WOR in 2014. Hannity started hosting his show in 1989, while working as a general contractor, for a voluntary position at KCSB-FM of UC Santa Barbara. He then progressed to being a professional radio personality by working at WVNN in Alabama and WGST in Atlanta before becoming a part of WABC in New York. His television career followed suit from 1996, when he joined Fox News for the Hannity & Colmes Show. After leaving the show due to the departure of Alan Colmes, Hannity took over the slot with his own show in 2009.
